Payment Options Cole International accepts a variety of payment methods, including; cheques, wire payments, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and cash. EDI Payment Option Cole International is registered with all major chartered banks for payments via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). These chartered banks include:

• Scotiabank
• CIBC
• RBC Royal Bank
• BMO Bank of Montreal
• TD Canada Trust
• ATB
*We are not registered with Credit Unions at this time.*

Customers can register Cole International as a payee with their financial institutions online banking system for electronic payments. If necessary, please contact your financial institution for instructions on how to set-up a payee.

Please note:

1. Confirmed payment details (Invoice #'s) must be sent to Cole International's A/R Department for posting to your account at accounts.receivable@cole.ca
2. For C.O.D accounts a copy of the EDI receipt, must be sent to the credit analyst handling the account for release.
